Job Description

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides support for Client Development Officers in all aspects of new business processing. Support includes contact management, workflow reviews, and new business folder remediation.

 

Provides administrative support to CDO's and Unit manager. This includes T-E processing, SLX input, travel itineraries, and any additional adhoc requests.

 

Provides marketing support and coordinates with the Marketing team for all conferences, tradeshows, events, and marketing collateral requests.

 

Attends conferences and events supporting the CDO and Administrative teams as needed.

 

Complete other related duties as assigned. 

 

Function:

Position Responsibilities:

 

Coordinates projects and project team activities, in addition to preparing for conferences, client activities and client presentations.

 

Attends conferences, client outings and deal closings as required.

 

Provides division administrative support.

 

Manage fee documentation process for new business.

 

Collaborate with other areas of the bank on departmental/divisional project teams.

Provide division support by overseeing/completing tasks such as telephone responsibilities, backup support for other assistants, scheduling vacations and/or travel, processing timecards,

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 3 years’ administrative experience or training in the financial services industry or related field, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 7 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 3 years’ administrative experience or training in the financial services industry or related field.

Capable of reading, comprehending, analyzing. and interpreting financial reports and legal documents independently.

Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills.

Ability to concurrently perform multiple tasks.

Displays excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

Ideal Qualifications Required

Advanced knowledge of software such as Microsoft Office as well as various other programs and

applications as needed
