Job Description

Basic Function:
Responsible for managing the design, deployment and monitoring of various employee and customer facing change management efforts for Digital Banking. This includes working with business partners to support adoption and enrollment of digital initiatives. Also supports engagement efforts and events created for/delivered by senior division leadership.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and design of communication roadmaps and messaging for targeting segmented populations of customers and Bank employees.
Oversees content design and development following external and  internal brand standards and industry best practices. Ensures all materials regarding the products of Digital Banking are always current. Lead the partner/content owner governance process.
Manage set-up, testing, and launching of all change management tactics in conjunction with product managers for customers and employees, ensuring double-checks are in place to avoid messaging to the incorrect audience(s) and that messaging is visually engaging and functionally sound.
Lead the evaluation and potential implementation of new ways to better engage employees in customers and encourage adoption, enrollment and usage of digital products and services.
Partner with other teams around the Bank to schedule, coordinate and execute the technical engagement aspects for various divisional leadership meetings, for anything digital product related.
Respond quickly to ongoing requests from Digital Banking leadership and other internal stakeholders and business partners for ad hoc communications support.
Participate in/support a range of other engagement tasks and other duties as assigned.
Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
Complete other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: 
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in communications or related field
Minimum of three years work experience marketing, professional communications (employee communications, advertising, public relations, etc.)
Complete other related duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree
Strong Verbal and written communications skills
Previous financial services industry experience
Event management experience, to include use of alternative communication channels (video, audio, etc.)
