Administrator of Cybersecurity Archer Modules Specialist II
Amherst, NY
 
Function
The eGRC Specialist will manage, and maintain processes and workflows for Cybersecurity Modules within eGRC platform, including configuration, questionnaires, reports and iViews. This individual will also work closely with the application development team to identify module issues, provide end user support and user acceptance testing for each supported module.
Position Responsibilities
Subject matter expert on Cybersecurity Testing and Validation eGRC modules.
Administrative support of the above referenced modules in eGRC that includes end user support and awareness.
Maintains and launches periodic assessments and recertification's to application owners, cost center managers and their designees and tracks the completion of each assessment / recertification for Cybersecurity Testing and Validation eGRC Modules.
Supports end users regarding assessments,  recertification and review of requirements for all owned eGRC modules.
Tracking and reporting on all statuses related to the questionnaires, findings, remediation, completion, etc. for Cybersecurity Testing and validation eGRC modules.
Identify areas for enhancements to existing Cybersecurity Testing and Validation eGRC modules and supports user acceptance testing.
Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite.  Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
Complete other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications Required
2 years higher education and three (3) years relevant work experience, or in lieu of education requirement, five (5) years of relevant work experience.
Working knowledge of eGRC. (Experience in configuration, testing, reporting & support of eGRC modules).
Working knowledge in creating fields, reports, iView's and dashboards in eGRC tools.
Experienced in establishing and maintaining strong working relationship with eGRC business stakeholders.
Good working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets for reporting.
Prior experience with team work and ability to relate to coworkers.
Experienced in working independently with good organization and time management skills.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Prior experience in testing eGRC modules to meet user acceptance test after upgrades or system modifications
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred:  Bachelor's degree.
CISSP, CISM, or CRISC certification or Cybersecurity domain-related industry-recognized certification.
Experienced developing or recommending analytic approaches or solutions to problems and situations for which information is incomplete or for which no precedent exists.
Experienced in prioritizing tasks based on risk severity and probability of occurrence.
Proven responsible, dependable and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
Demonstrated strong customer service skills.
