End-Point Integration and Support Network Computing analyst II
Buffalo, NY
Description:
Responsible for providing Level 2 troubleshooting and root cause analysis to determine problem source and incident occurrences with PC software, PC hardware and peripherals, Virtual PCs and Thin Clients. Directly responsible for delivering accurate, timely troubleshooting to clients and working with team members to manage ticket queues.
Position Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve to Help Desk escalations  based on outcome of previous incidents
Master workorder or request based tasks
'Problem solving of technical incidents based on outcomes of previous incidents ; Analyze and isolate issues
Use basic diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues '
'Complete maintenance following SOP
Such as Patching, Health Checks, OS updates, Validation of changes, Maintain Operational and Configuration standards
Ability to research options when anomalies occur; report to senor staff'
Participate in project work within the team
Coach less Sr staff on processes
Evening  Responsibilities as scheduled
Suggest improvements to existing procedures ; Document as needed
Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite.  Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
Through shared responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness of end results
Provides on-the-job training/support to new team members
Minimum Qualifications Required
4 years experience - experience includes related education and work experience
Ability to read and digest technical information
Attention to Detail
Written and Verbal communication skills
Ability to provide updates and statuses
Ability to communicate technical problems to management
Strong customer focus, including the ability to manage customer needs and multiple work priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in technology field or related
5 years experience - experience includes related education and work experience
Certifications or special training in Related Technologies
