Enterprise Transformation Analyst

As part of the Enterprise Transformation team, provide support for Transformation Office efforts to simplify business process and governance, re-engineer existing processes, and help facilitate the bank’s adoption of a more Agile process framework. Work with other members of the Enterprise Transformation Office to support multiple projects. Focus will be to promote innovation, and to work with business lines and support areas to create scalable opportunities to utilize new technologies to improve the quality and efficiency of their processes.
Serve as liaison between Enterprise Transformation teams and business units.
Build and maintain a variety of mutually beneficial stakeholder relationships.
Assist with the automation of legacy processes.
Support Agile processes.
Contribute to efforts to re-engineer legacy processes to improve quality and efficiency.
Quickly adapt to new projects and stakeholders when the subject matter is unfamiliar.
Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
Complete other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors' degree and a minimum 1 year professional work experience (5 years professional work experience equivalency).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience handling multiple tasks and work under time constraints in support of various initiatives.
Intermediate experience word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, project management and email software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, organizational development, change management, or other relevant field.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
