Description:
Infrastructure Analyst II (which is not listed in drop down menu) Messaging Integration and Support analyst II: Responsible for providing Level 2 troubleshooting and root cause analysis to determine problem source and incident occurrences in messaging. Directly responsible for delivering accurate, timely troubleshooting to clients and working with team members to manage ticket queues. Work Hours: Full-time 1st shift M-F position Possible flexible shift including start time of 7am, 8am, 9am Minimum 
 
Function:
The Infrastructure Analyst II position is responsible for effective installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. This individual ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff, and Partners.

Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve to Help Desk escalations based on outcome of previous incidents.
Master work order or request based tasks.
Problem solving of technical incidents based on outcomes of previous incidents; Analyze and isolate issues.
Use basic diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues.
Complete maintenance following SOP, such as Patching, Health Checks, OS updates, validation of changes, maintain operational and configuration standards.
Ability to research options when anomalies occur; report to senor staff.
Participate in project work within the team.
Coach less senior staff on processes.
Evening responsibilities as scheduled.
Suggest improvements to existing procedures; Document as needed.
Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
Complete other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
4 years’ experience - experience includes related education and work experience
Ability to read and digest technical information
Attention to Detail
Written and Verbal communication skills
Ability to provide updates and statuses
Ability to communicate technical problems to management
Strong customer focus, including the ability to manage customer needs and multiple work priorities

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in technology field or related
5 years’ experience - experience includes related education and work experience
Certifications or special training in Related Technologies
