Job Description

Basic Function:

Participates in the gathering and analysis of information for defining functional requirements, functional designs, development and implementation of the final project. Performs routine to complex analysis and research in support of business goals and strategies. Implements modifications to solve problems. Assists in day to day support.

 
Responsibilities:

Manage operations of all digital marketing requests from conceptualization through execution and implementation 
Bring teams together to collaborate on recommendations for high-impact solutions
Ensure a common understanding of business and marketing objectives through setting expectations to align the stakeholders and team members 
Evaluate operational effectiveness to monitor the progress of the portfolio, identify and quantify any variances, perform any required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders
Develops or oversees the development of project assessments and plans to include activities to be performed, estimated time frames and effort; ensure all appropriate sign offs are documented.
Plays a key role and an individual contributor on projects.
Converts business requirements into functional specifications and functional designs on assignments.
Assists the client in addressing problems/issues of any scope. Analyzes information, determines appropriate course of action and associated resources
Provides consultation services to clients, technicians and Bank departments on basic to intricate functions of supported applications. This may also include the review of system capabilities, operational procedures, forms, and marketing materials
May project manage small to medium scope efforts, direct junior resources and coordinate tasks.
Researches and brainstorms alternative solutions and makes recommendations to fulfill business requirements.
Adheres to all current standards and procedures and ensures all efforts are properly documented.
Performs client testing for routine to complex processes to ensure proper system functioning.
Maintains a thorough understanding of the business being supported and its functions, processes, operations and strategic direction. Maintains a detailed functional understanding of the supported application(s).
Participates in planning and implementing new policies and procedures that will improve the performance and effectiveness of the department.
Manage a large portfolio of requests of varying sizes, with ever-changing priorities; provides weekly reporting on status of each request in the portfolio
Develops a professional level of communication and cooperation with all organizational level and departments.
Performs other related duties as required.

 
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of two years of college with at least six years experience in a technology/systems analysis or operational support environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  
Requires strong analytical skills and communication skills. 
Demonstrates a high aptitude for complex problem analysis and resolution.
Understands development processes and technical concepts. 
General knowledge of personal computers and the ability to proficiently use project management, word processing and spreadsheet applications. 
Familiar with the Bank's business plan and strategic objectives. 
Possesses a very good understanding of the business unit's role and how they fit into the organization. 
Detail oriented, self motivated; takes initiative to learn new skills and enhance overall knowledge. 
Must possess time management skills and organization skills. 
Very good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to the target audience. 
Able to work effectively with client personnel in various organizational positions. 
Quickly grasps new concepts. 
Asserts ideas, encourages teamwork and acts as a role model when leading or directing others. 
Able to handle multiple tasks in support of various assignments. Very good project management skills. 
Able to lead or actively participate in vendor demonstrations, project presentations, design sessions, etc.
 
Ideal Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
