Job Description

Position Overview:
Responsible for creating engaging multimedia based learning materials and ensuring high standards of quality products. This position involves the creation and assembly of various multimedia assets, including, but not limited to: online interactive elements including digital e-Learning components; video motion graphics and animations; still image acquisition and manipulation; audio & video recording, and postproduction.

Key Responsibilities:
Create multimedia course elements for both E-Learning delivery and Instructor-led trainings, focusing on content and concepts with excellent attention to detail, clarity, consistency, accuracy, and sense of program flow.
Develop Web and video content look and feel elements and templates that are consistent with established style guides, marketing materials, and existing course materials.
Interview partner clients and conducts needs analyses to provide digital learning solution recommendations related to course objectives, as applicable.
Develop digital learning elements in a coordinated manner to ensure adherence to the specified curricular requirements.
Coordinate with subject matter experts and Instructional Designers to develop storyboards and courseware for E-Learning and Instructor-led trainings.
Design and develop plans, text, graphics, animations, simulations, and assessment artifacts for E-Learning courses.
Work closely with associated project managers, as applicable, to ensure that all deliverables are met and to resolve project-related risks or constraints.
Manage media assets during the production and post-production processes, to ensure that copyright permissions are available and acquired where necessary.
Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite. Design, implement, maintain and enhance internal controls to mitigate risk on an ongoing basis. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.

Complete other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
Bachelors’ degree in media arts, graphic design, videography, video production, instructional design or related field with 3 years’ experience in multimedia production or in lieu of degree a combined minimum of 7 years higher education and work experience to include a minimum of 3 years’ video production, editing/post production, and multimedia content creation work experience.
Strong video production skills.
Strong graphic design skills.
Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Critical thinking, analysis, and synthesis skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and creatively in a deadline driven environment.
Manage multiple projects at different stages, while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud: Dream Weaver, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects or Final Cut Pro
Experience with Learning Management Systems a plus.

Ideal Qualifications Preferred:
Degree in media arts, graphic design, videography, video production, or instructional design.
Experience in training and development, technology, and financial and banking services are a plus.
Ability to write and edit scripts for media shoots.
Experience with Captivate and Articulate a plus.
Ability to work independently to service business line request.
Flexibility to work in an agile team structure.
Ensures writing is coherent and appropriate for the intended audience.
Assures all course components are complete and uploaded into LMS.
Provides oversight of work performed by external vendors as needed.
Knowledge of applicable products, systems and workflows.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, well-organized individual.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in support of various assignments.
Ability to function professionally at many different levels (clients, management, and peers).
Strong interpersonal skills necessary for business partner relationships within and outside organization
