Network Computing Analyst -Three overnight 12.5 hours shifts
Buffalo, NY 
Network Computing Analyst is responsible to the monitoring of the bank's infrastructure and following recovery documentation to bring services, applications and equipment back into operation.
Responsible for providing operational support for internal processes and functions including the electronic mail systems, NDS user database, contract and invoice  administration, and other systems and generation of management reports.  May supervise temporary or part-time employees.
Performs order related analysis, processing, installation coordination, and closure.
Performs second level problem research, diagnosis and resolution.
Acts as a resource for scheduled infrastructure projects and maintenance processes, internal projects, and department initiated projects. Performs Enterprise wide NDS, GroupWise, eMail, and InForms administration.
Makes contract and invoice decisions, processes invoices.
Performs weekly, monthly, and ad hoc internal reporting as necessary.
Tracks and reports on departmental budget status.
Performs other assignments as requested to include but not limited to training, internal meetings, time reporting, status reports, vendor briefings, coordination of internal mailings, etc.
Adhere to applicable compliance/operational risk controls in accordance with Company or regulatory standards and policies.
Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
Complete other related duties as assigned.
The position has daily responsibility for managing assigned work and equipment orders, and problems including status tracking, coordination of services, and communication with vendors, internal support groups, the client, departmental administrators, and management.  A typical work queue encompasses from 20-50 items.
The position requires extensive contact with internal Bank personnel at all levels.  The incumbent can expect to receive up to 50 telephone calls, assist in scheduling installations, and respond to a maximum of 15 “Help Desk” calls per day.
Bachelor’s degree and 2 a minimum of 2 years operational/technical support or in lieu of a degree a combined minimum of 6 years higher education and/or work experience including a minimum of 2 years operational/technical support.
Expertise in Microsoft products:  Windows 7, Windows 2008 & 2012 server and System Center Configuration Manager.  
Experience with basic LAN/WAN technical skills including but not limited to servers, gateways, hubs, routers, bridges.
Strong organizational abilities and be capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a professional customer service attitude.
Team Player and be able to work closely with clients, vendors, and peers with all levels of technical expertise and at all levels within the organization. 
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Information Systems or related field.
Expertise in Active Directory, Flexera packaging, proxy server, Citrix virtual PC and server technology, etc. with Hewlett Packard, Toshiba, and Lexmark hardware. Experience with implementation of enterprise-scale technology changes in large corporate environment.
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and internal support organizations.
Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills.
