Operations Associate IV - Treasury Management 626 Commerce Drive, Amherst, New York  
Basic Function: TM Fulfillment is dedicates to the support of Treasury Management services for Commercial clients, performing the set-up and ensuring full availability/functionality of services (Balance Reporting, Wire Initiation, and ACH Origination, Positive Pay, Check Management, and Credit Manager) on the Web InfoPLU$ system platform as well as Commercial Single Sign-On, Remote Check Deposit, Remote Deposit Capture, Wire Services suite, Commercial eStatements, ACH Monitor, remitONE, and Data Exchange products as well as authentication Token Device Fulfillment. Responsibilities: §  Assist in day-to-day work-flow management and process efficiency, actively monitors the Treasury Management Implementation Workflow system (TMIA) §  Assist in the coordination of and participate actively in ongoing process improvement and efficiency initiatives within the team and with multiple internal partners. §  Assist in the department’s service and support functions; compiles, reviews, and distributes monthly reporting on support volumes and trends.  Works closely with internal bank business and servicing partners. §  Assist with priority escalations and handling of inquiries and issues escalated to the department to support the commercial products indicated above. §  Assist in the fulfillment of client service set-up requests, processing work order requests within the respective applications (WebInfoPLU$, Remote Check Deposit, Commercial Single Sign-On) §  Works closely with all partners on system and service changes; driving constant efforts to leverage best practices, and opportunities for improvement. §  Role of Subject Matter Expert for some of the department’s many products/systems. §  Champion Employee Engagement and Service Excellence within the team. §  Interact with internal partners and management for procedural issues. §  Research and resolve complex customer issues §  Successful absorption/adoption of continuous training/procedural changes with services and systems in a rapidly changing environment. §  Perform other duties as requested by management Nature and Scope: §  The incumbent works under low to moderate supervision and exercised judgment in performing duties. §  Internal contacts within COE or other M&T departments. Minimum Qualifications Required

High School or GED required
Minimum of three years of office / administrative work experience
Good PC skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Math, analytical and complex problem solving skills
Decisiveness and strong organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills   Ideal Qualifications Preferred

Associate’s degree level of education or higher
