Job Description

Schedule M-F 6:30 PM - 11:30 PM (or until completion)  
Basic Function
Perform skilled clerical duties requiring simple analysis and moderate use of judgment.

Essential Position Responsibilities
Process documents or paperwork requiring a thorough knowledge of procedure and ensuring accuracy.
Maintain record of documents processed. File document / paperwork according to established procedures.
May compile routine reports involving readily available information.
May reconcile and / or proof paperwork.
Perform other duties as requested by management.

Nature and Scope
The incumbent works under direct supervision with some exercise of judgment in performing duties.
Work is checked on a regular basis.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
One year  bank / clerical experience. 
General PC skills.
Knowledge of departmental software such as Word, Excel.
Knowledge of office equipment such as a calculator, etc.
Sound knowledge of bank policies and departmental procedures.
