P&C Account Executive
 
Description:
Responsible for overseeing and implementing account service strategy on moderately complex and complex Property & Casualty accounts. Works collaboratively with Producers, Account Managers and other internal service partners to service, develop and retain consultative, partnership relationships with clients and prospects.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops, implements and monitors risk management plans/programs that meet the Client's business goals.
  • Coordinates client service visits and presentations with internal service teams, carrier partners and vendors
  • Directs client renewal process to ensure renewal task and timeline adherence for assigned book of business, carrier quotes are reviewed for accuracy and adequacy and proposals and presentation materials are delivered and communicated to Producer and clients; provides service support and analysis as needed
  • Coordinates with Producers, Placement and Service teams to prepare risk management and insurance programs that provide both competitive pricing/terms and advocates for the best interests of the Client
  • Identifies cross-sell and referral opportunities from existing clients.
  • Collaborates with the P&C Producer to further evaluate new business opportunities with prospects and clients; assists in onboarding of new clients and/or policies

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum 4 years in P&C Insurance
  • Minimum one year in experience as an Account Manager in P&C or Surety

Preferred Qualifications:

  • P&C Account Executive experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred
  • Ability to obtain State Brokers License
  • Working knowledge of P&C insurance products and markets
