Job Description

Job Title: Project Analyst II
Function:
The candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation of Treasury Management services in the Commercial Bank for our National, Middle Market, Government, Real Estate and Business Banking Clients while providing white glove customer service throughout the process.
Position Responsibilities:
General • Take ownership of implementation process once a request is received from internal partners
o Transmission testing
o Complex service setups
• Provide customer service throughout implementation process
• Independently research and resolve complex inquires and requests
• Become knowledgeable on how Treasury Management products function
• Monitor and update projects on a weekly basis in SharePoint
• ACH, Remote Safe, and Controlled Disbursement Guidance Lines
o Request Guidance line either via Business Banking Hub or create in the CLAS system
o Ensure Guidance line is in an approved status prior to work order submission via CLAS or CAPS
Customer Communications • Facilitate conference calls with customer on regular basis to provide updates
• Provide agendas, meeting minutes, and project plans to all customers and associated internal partners
• Contact customers regarding issues by phone whenever able
• Answer all urgent emails within 2 hours, and standard emails within 24
Legal Agreements • Research customer profiles in internal systems to proactively ensure accuracy of documentation
• Prepare, distribute, collect, and validate Legal Agreements including ancillary forms
• Submission of Legal Agreements to Treasury Management Agreement Housing
Work Order Management • Attach Legal Documentation including ancillary forms to the work order line item
• Prepare and submit work orders including requesting training if needed
• Monitor work order until completion to avoid stalled or inactive implementations
• Review and resolve all rejection notifications
• Validate work order completion on Internal Systems
Nature and Scope: The candidate will work independently to oversee the implementation of Treasury Management within the bank. They will be responsible for coordinating conference calls and meetings between the client and various internal departments to ensure that the implementation meets or exceeds our clients needs.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
• Minimum of two to four year’s college with at least three years of experience in a technology/systems analysis or operational support environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Good analytical skills, with the ability to understand basic development processes and technical concepts.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated; takes initiative to learn new skills and enhance overall knowledge.
• Must possess time management skills and organization skills, plus the ability to handle multiple tasks at a time.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with client personnel.
• Quickly grasps new concepts.
Ideal Qualifications Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Demonstrates a basic understanding of the business area’s functions and operational environment.
• Familiar with what and how the supported application(s) functions are used by the client.
• General knowledge of personal computers and the ability to effectively use word processing and spreadsheet applications.
