Project Analyst III - CAM RMM
475 Crosspoint Parkway, Getzville, New York

The Opportunity:
Responsible for providing complex, non-routine analytical, technical and operational support for the RMM system in CAM.  May act as project leader on RMM project and other highly visible projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
The position is responsible for support in a variety of functions to include but not limited to the following:
Monitor RMM system access and facilitate requests for access change (additions or deletions). Provide system support for changes to Tasks and Standards and other maintenance items.
Obtain proficiency in functionality of RMM system and be able to troubleshoot any issues identified.
Act as a central point of contact for CAM Business Units and as a liaison to Banking Services RMM and System Administration teams. 
Become active member of RMM Core Team.
Lead a CAM core group of subject matter experts to obtain feedback, understand challenges, and provide feedback obtained from RMM Core Team.
Develop listing and description of RMM enhancements proposed by CAM subject matter experts. 
Participate in testing of RMM enhancements or system updates and provide CAM validation and approval.
Collaborate with CAM Training team to provide details around system functionality and serve as subject matter expert in training forum.
Compile and present CAM metrics on productivity and capacity on a periodic basis.
Complete other related duties as assigned.
Nature and Scope:
The position requires substantial interaction with both internal and external contacts in order to obtain pertinent information. 
The position may act as liaison between department and other business units on various projects.
The incumbent works independently under very limited supervision as well as a member or a project leader of a project team.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
Bachelors Degree or four years relevant work experience
Minimum of two to four years college with at least four years experience in a technology/systems analysis or operational support environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  
Requires a good understanding of the client area’s functions, strong analytical and communication skills.
Very good analytical skills with the ability to understand development processes and technical concepts.
General knowledge of personal computers and the ability to effectively use word processing and spreadsheet applications.
Very familiar with what and how the supported application(s) functions are used by the client.
General awareness of the Bank’s application framework.
Demonstrates a good understanding of the business area’s functions and operational environment.
Possesses a broad understanding of the Bank and of the business unit’s role and how they fit into the organization.
Detail oriented, self-motivated; takes initiative to learn new skills and enhance overall knowledge.
Must possess time management skills and organization skills.
Very good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to the target audience.
Able to work effectively with client personnel in various organizational positions.
Quickly grasps new concepts.
Asserts ideas, encourages teamwork and acts as a role model.
Able to handle multiple tasks in support of various assignments.
Good project management skills.
Able to lead or actively participate in vendor demonstrations, project presentations, design sessions, etc.
