Basic Function:
Candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks for MTRCC legal team.
Primary Responsibilities:
The position supports senior managers and their staff in legal/documentation and closing/delivery of multifamily loans at MTRCC. Administrative tasks include development of form documents, making travel arrangements, preparing SmartSpend requests, handling on-line registration process for conferences and training as requested, preparing and tracking of overnight package deliveries, responsible for file room maintenance and upkeep including general filing and documents sent to record retention, and providing phone coverage  for MTRCC’s  Chime and 800 number. Candidate will engage attorneys on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac deals, track engagements and legal fees on a spreadsheet, upload documents to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac systems, review and upload documents from attorney closing CD’s to MTRCC FIT system, and perform UCC filing maintenance. In addition, Candidate will handle the receipt and distribution of checks from RCC Accounting for insurance payments on loans serviced by M&TRCC.
Other Responsibilities:
Coordinate and/or assist in the planning and, if necessary, the execution of offsite events (i.e. RCC annual offsite meeting) and any events planned by RCC Marketing. Provide assistance to managers from time to time in the preparation of power point presentations. Update pipeline with new deals and upload documents/templates/training materials into MTRCC’s FIT system.  Maintain MTRCC’s customer mailing list and handle originator emails for closing gift program. 
Basic Qualifications:
Associates degree or in lieu of a degree 2 years equivalent in work experience.
Minimum of three years customer service experience which includes two years business banking or commercial lending experience.
Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to work as a team member. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to use tact and diplomacy.
Technical Skills:
Adobe Acrobat, MS Office including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, excellent calendar management skills.
