Job Description


Responsible for the oversight and daily performance of M&T's digital workforce including the scheduling of processes, communication of performance and the identification of processing issues.  At times, may support design and testing of new processes.


Daily administration of M&T's digital workforce, including the scheduling and monitoring of each process to address production issues in real time
Identify performance issues across all processes running in production and all resources needed to support the digital workforce
Facilitate the change record process to advance bot designs from modeling through spying, live proving, and into BAU production
Have knowledge of Robotic Process Automation control room functions and available features
Take initiative to solve production problems based on agreed troubleshooting steps, guidelines and defined exception handling
Update Blue Prism's schedule based on the plan created by Sr RPA Production Controller


The position requires detail oriented work in both a virtual workspace as well as reporting and data analytics

The position will work primarily within the realm of the RPA CoE with some interaction to business stakeholders for reporting and status

The incumbent works independently under very limited supervision as well as a member or a project leader of a project team.


Management of the virtual workforce


Bachelors degree plus a minimum of 2 years experience in the field; OR in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 6 years of higher education and/or relevant experience
A minimum of 2 years prior departmental experience.
Good verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
Experience with reading and understanding basic job instructions or operating procedures.
Experience with pertinent spread sheet, word processing, and Email software.

Skilled proficiency in the use of spreadsheet, database, graphing, presentation, and department specific software, with a working knowledge of financial models.

Excellent knowledge of Windows and PC software programs.

Strong analytical ability and creative problem solving skills.

Ability to function as a project leader.

Ability to work independently and function as a member of a project team.

Detail oriented.


A minimum of 2 years' banking experience.

Bachelors degree in Programming, Computer Science or Software Development.
Exposure to Robotic Process Automation tools.
A working knowledge of business process workflow (step by step instructions).
Ability to work within a structured change control environment.
An aptitude for problem solving using structured methods and tools.
Advanced analytical capabilities focusing on reporting, creating dashboards and managing large quantities of data.
