Job Description

Basic Function:
This position is within the Bank’s Content Management Center of Excellence, which is responsible for setting the governance, process and strategy for content development across the Bank’s seven business segments.  This position will partner strategically with individual business line marketing managers through creative thinking and operational elements related to content development and multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns.  Role may be responsible for aspects of project management, content execution, new content development, website management and analysis of campaigns. 

Job Responsibilities:
Synthesize business goals, marketing and campaign plans to create content strategy; often supporting enterprise priorities by aligning the goals of multiple business segments in a client-centric way. 
Use audience insights, personas, keyword research, messaging themes, campaign plans, competitive information and content performance analytics to build and own editorial calendar(s).
Collaborate with marketing program owners and/or campaign managers to integrate and repurpose content marketing and campaign content where appropriate. Collaborate with key partners to gather the information needed to optimize content asset creation, performance and measurement.
Develop an approach to document and project plan, as prioritized by the business opportunity, to ensure timely execution of high quality content, and support the implementation of outlined campaign.
Monitor content campaigns to measure program effectiveness via defined metrics, refine and retest as appropriate. Develop recommendations based on results. Identify content trends and best practices within the industry to ensure team and division are up-to-speed with changing industry dynamics. 
Work closely with external agencies to ensure that content budgets are used effectively, manage reporting for internal partners. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: 
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a marketing or agency environment. 
Experience developing project plans, working with multiple players and running meetings.  
Familiarity with digital marketing, including website copy development, digital ad planning, social media posting, etc. 
Knowledge of agile principles and ways of thinking a plus.
