Basic Function

Responsible for the day to day processing of title insurance requests and various other administrative responsibilities. 


Receives orders via phone, fax, email or Internet for title insurance. Enter orders for title insurance and closing into title software. Place orders for title abstract with the appropriate abstract company. Place order for closing services with the same or different company. Responsible for several clerical activities in support of operating a title insurance agency such as filing, ordering supplies, typing memos, coordinating overnight deliveries, paying of invoices, processing of final title policies, and answering phone calls. Perform other duties as requested by management.

Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent in experience. Proficiency in word-processing, spreadsheet, title, and departmental software. Good typing skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as organizational skills.
