Position Overview
Provide a wide variety of administrative support for all aspects of Corporate Learning and Development training activities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Reserve appropriate training rooms, providing instruction for their use and coordinating daily refreshments
  • Provide reception and direction to all training groups, bank departments and participants using the training facilities
  • Assist trainers and vendors with all aspects of class preparation, presentation and follow-up
  • Provide assistance with classroom and equipment set up and troubleshooting
  • Order, prepare and send pre-work and participant materials for scheduled class sessions
  • Set up and register new hires for appropriate training curricula and assign department training curricula on the learning management system
  • Monitor and respond to messages in the assigned training mailboxes
  • May provide administrative coordination and support for the Management Development Program (MDP), Sales Development Program (SDP), Relationship Management Sales Program (RMSP), and/or Operations Management Program (OMP).
  • Provide administrative support to training programs, which may include managing hotel reservations, reviewing expense reports, managing vendor arrangements and materials, and acting as the initial point person to participants, employees, managers and vendors
  • Conduct administrative functions for bankwide training activities utilizing the learning management system, such as setting up courses and classes, registrations, confirmations, class status, class rosters and closing classes
  • Troubleshoot , research problems, answer questions and provide guidance on the use of the learning management system
  • Participate on the project team to implement and test the Workday Learn module
  • Act as DSA for the regional department
  • Keep inventory and order office supplies
  • May review and process tuition assistance applications according to bank policy
  • Interacts with all levels of employees and managers from all departments
Minimum Qualifications Required:
  • Associates’s degree or 2-3 years’ administration/business experience
  • 3-5 years’ general administrative office as well as site and program support experience
  • In depth knowledge of the bankwide learning management system
  • Excellent knowledge of personal computer applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
