The Opportunity:
The Fiduciary Analyst is responsible for providing administrative and fiduciary support to Wilmington Trust’s Fiduciary Organization.  The Fiduciary Analyst shall report through the office of the Chief Fiduciary Officer and provide support to one or more of his designees, primarily as it relates to Fiduciary Administration and Fiduciary Risk Management. The Fiduciary Analyst will be required to partner, and work with, the various administrative and fiduciary groups of Wilmington Trust as well as the various staff that supports the Fiduciary Organization (e.g., Legal, Compliance, Risk Management).

Nature and Scope
Works under immediate supervision.
The position is for an established time period.
Work with Fiduciary Advisors to ensure fiduciary accounts are managed properly;
Ensure that fiduciary accounts maintain appropriate documentation to satisfy Wilmington Trust’s policies and procedures as well as applicable fiduciary standards;
Work with the Fiduciary Risk Management team to ensure Wilmington Trust is adhering to applicable laws, rules and regulations as it pertains to the management and administration of its fiduciary accounts;
Partner with members of Wilmington Trust’s Investment Group to assist Fiduciary Advisors in maintaining complete and accurate account records;
Partner with members of Wilmington Trust’s Special Assets Group to obtain pertinent information and to obtain necessary documentation to properly demonstrate management of special asset properties held in Fiduciary Accounts;
Assist with the development of policies, procedures and processes as it relates to the activities of Wilmington Trust’s fiduciary business;
Assist the Fiduciary Risk Management team with matters related to corporate governance and compliance with applicable federal and state laws and rules.

Minimum Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or GED.
Pursuing an Associate's degree or higher.
Ideal Qualifications Preferred:
Prior banking/office experience.
Good PC skills and Microsoft Word and Excel.
Proven strong written and verbal communication skills.
