Wealth Management Sales & Service Delivery Manager Wilmington Trust Baltimore, MD  
Lead the Sales and Service function across the Wealth Management division.  Execute projects/initiatives that identify areas of inconsistency and opportunity to ultimately drive profitability and change in the distribution model.  Work to Lead efforts to define best in class relationship management/client servicing organization, establishing relationship team structures, relationship loading, staffing structures, client review thresholds and alternative delivery channels (digital, call center and centrally delivered expertise).
Primary Responsibilities  
•         Lead, support and manage business transformation initiatives for regional sites and help in identifying and implementing opportunities through a combination of system and process solutions
• Define industry leading sales program concepts including connectivity to business development efforts, training/onboarding initiatives, sales process/activity tracking, new business guidelines, pricing mechanisms, discounting procedures and other tools to assist the sales force.
•         Support Wealth Management leadership targets by assisting regional sites to identify and implement improved processes and consistent delivery channels
•         Establish & build relationships with client-facing staff in regional location
• Develop a reporting framework to assist in providing periodic updates to senior management on the status of the transformation efforts and escalate issues, as needed
•         Assist the Business in determining & implementing quality process standards & efficiencies
•         Ensure connectivity and communication among internal partners in Retail, Business and Commercial Banking
•         Ensure transformation initiatives and project plans identify and address all known risk areas
•         Ensure continuous improvement of processes through a focus on best practice 'Change Management' techniques
•         Management of all project resources and timeframes to ensure deliverables are met
•         Communicate effectively with all people both on the project team and across the organization
•         Ensure adequate follow up and resolution of any project issues
Minimum Qualifications Required: •  Bachelor’s degree and minimum 8 years’ proven project management or sales program management experience or in lieu of degree combined minimum 12 year higher education and/or work experience including project management or program management experience
Idea Qualifications Preferred:    Extensive knowledge of program management concepts
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and act as a thought partner with senior leadership and key stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize varied viewpoints to identify an optimal solution and develop a coherent plan or vision
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive execution at all levels of the organization on a national basis
• Demonstrated exceptional leadership, project management, analytical and managerial skill
• Exceptional ability to communicate in written and verbal formats across various levels of organization
• Demonstrated ability to build strong professional relationship
•         Excellent Project management and Presentation skills
•         Strong verbal, written and numeracy skills. Good liaison skills across all levels of the organization
•         Excellent PC Skills (Microsoft Project, Power Point, Word, Excel, Access, Visio)

• Consulting background preferred

•  Master’s Degree preferred
