Wealth Platform Manager Wilmington Trust Wilmington, DE   BASIC FUNCTION: Responsible for the strategic development and implementation of the Business Technology roadmap for Wealth Management.   POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Sets strategic direction for the technology needs of the Wealth business and partner with technology to develop and manage the implementation plan.   Work across all business stakeholders to gather objectives and align technology initiatives to support the business strategy and drive growth.   Major areas of development include Advisor desktop experience, financial planning, performance reporting, investment management tools, CRM, and client digital experience   Collaborate with appropriate functional areas including technology, marketing, legal, compliance, sales, risk, etc… to drive results.   Keep track of industry trends in the fintech space and build relationships with outside partners where appropriate.   Manage a team of Business Analysts and lead business requirement development, project management, and internal relationship management   Manage ongoing implementation of initiatives including monitoring of progress and financial impact and risks.   Partner with digital banking and retail, business and commercial banking groups to drive alignment of objectives and seek collaborative growth opportunities   Complete other related duties as assigned.   NATURE AND SCOPE: Results and/or actions impact the bank’s long-term operations, revenues or profitability. The incumbent has extensive contact with other Bank departments for the effective and profitable marketing of new products and the enhancement of existing products.   MANAGERIAL/SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: The position may be responsible for managing a staff of approximately 10 employees, depending upon the product and need.
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years’ proven marketing, product management, financial, operations and/or project management experience, or in lieu of a degree a combined minimum of 11 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 7 years; proven marketing, product management, financial, operations and/or project management experience.
Minimum of 2 years’ managerial and/or leadership experience.
Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
Strong financial analysis skills.
Strong analytical skills.

Master’s degree.
