Description:
Duties include application software distribution and application installation utilizing Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM Current Branch). Scope of Work: Responsible for the SCCM client health for desktop and server systems. Responsible for in-depth 2nd level troubleshooting for support for SCCM related issues for Windows based laptops, desktops and servers. Responsible for maintaining the SCCM application software catalog. Working closely with the packaging team to manage application content. Responsible for monitoring the health of SCCM distribution points and disk space and memory usage for SCCM servers. Responsible for creating custom SCCM reports .

Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve to Help Desk escalations based on outcome of previous incidents.
Master work order or request based tasks.
Problem solving of technical incidents based on outcomes of previous incidents; Analyze and isolate issues.
Use basic diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues.
Complete maintenance following SOP, such as Patching, Health Checks, OS updates, validation of changes, maintain operational and configuration standards.
Ability to research options when anomalies occur; report to senor staff.
Participate in project work within the team.
Coach less senior staff on processes.
Evening responsibilities as scheduled.
Suggest improvements to existing procedures; Document as needed.
Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
Complete other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
4 years’ experience - experience includes related education and work experience
Ability to read and digest technical information
Attention to Detail
Written and Verbal communication skills
Ability to provide updates and statuses
Ability to communicate technical problems to management
Strong customer focus, including the ability to manage customer needs and multiple work priorities

Preferred Qualifications:
5 years of experience with Windows Technologies: Windows 7, Windows 10, SCCM (Current Branch or SCCM 2012).
Desktop architecture and deployment methodologies and techniques. Working experience with SCCM reporting services.
Demonstrate experience in SCCM 2012 or SCCM Current Branch Implementation to servers and workstations.
Demonstrate proficiency in understanding of SCCM Admin Console features & functions and comprehends the SCCM client logs in relation to SCCM client installation, software distribution, remote control.
Bachelor’s degree in technology field or related
